Laura is our most recent and welcome addition to the Healthy Habit team. At 25 years old she has served as an advanced medical technician in the Australian Defence Force for the last 6 years. During her time in the Defence Force, Laura undertook training to become a Combat Fitness Leader which saw her designing and conducting training programs for groups of up to 60 people. This has given her training style a tough no nonsense edge and she will push you to your limits!
Laura believes that physical, emotional and mental development is assisted by training hard and she is committed to helping you achieve your goals!
Laura has also been training in Crossfit for over a year and has competed in several competitions. Her best achievement so far is third place in Newcastle : ) Her other achievements include sports modelling and competing at regional level for cross country running.
