Spring is just around the corner so its time to shed those winter kilos! Our 10 week Adventure Training Challenge will have you crawling, carrying and slamming your way to your ultimate fitness.


Each session is a mini adventure course. We have sand bags, slam balls, battle ropes and more.  Find out what you are really made of. Please don’t come dressed to impress, you will get dirty. The final week will see you battle it out in our 5km Adventure Course! 


Outdoor training makes you work harder and see results faster. Fresh air and increased oxygen help release the feel-good brain chemical, serotonin – meaning your outdoor training sessions not only help keep you fit and healthy - they put you in a positive mood too.

 The details  

When - Monday August 8th to Saturday October 15th  (10 weeks)
Where - Sydney Park and Steel Park (Marrickville)

Cost - $44 a week if you sign up before the start of the Challenge (Saving 20% a week)

2 x 1-1 Fitness Assessments (In week 1 and week 6 to track your progress)

5km Adventure Course Finale (At Centennial Park)
