Our outdoor workouts take place in beautiful, convenient locations, and our proven programs deliver fast, effective results. But the real highlight? You’ll love being part of something that motivates you and sets a positive tone for the rest of your day.
Kickstart your fitness journey with our first 2025 challenge, starting Monday, January 6th. The program begins with a fitness assessment in Week 1, followed by a targeted training plan combining strength and cardio. By the end of the challenge, we’ll retest you—and you’ll see real improvements in both your physical and mental well-being. All you need to do is turn up and we will get your through the rest.
