With lots of kids home from school, and not getting their regular playground activity or weekend sport, these online workouts are perfect to keep them moving!


Led by our trainer, Ruth Sutton (who's a mum herself!), these online sessions are currently free for any child under the age of 12. 

Designed to make sure the kids are engaged​ and having fun, you don't need any fitness equipment to participate.
