The Healthy Habit Fitness Weekend Away is a weekend you'll never forget. It is an action packed fun weekend that will challenge you and test you. Arrive Friday night and leave after lunch on Sunday. 

A typical weekend would include:

  • 5 hours of varied work outs

  • Cooking/ Nutrition lessons

  • Mindfulness Meditation

  • Team Challenges

  • Activities such as paddle boarding, surfing, kayaking

  • Scavenger Hunt

  • Quiz

All of the above for $450 (includes accommodation, food and trainers).

Members come back year after year so spots are limited. It is a first come first basis so please book yourself in ASAP:
