TERMS AND CONDITIONS

January Offer 2024 terms and Conditions (Applies Sydney Park, Steel Park, Centennial Park)

  • Only available to new clients

  • Commitment is 10 weeks. Any cancellations prior would require the previous weeks to be paid at the full rate + 7 day notice period. I.E if you cancel on week 6 then you will need to pay the difference between the discounted rate and the full rate for the first 6 weeks, plus pay for weeks 7 (you can still train during the notice period)

  •  All classes must be booked online via our app or web. Sessions can be booked and cancelled up to 30 minutes before the start time.

  • All challenge memberships are on a direct debit contract which auto-renews every week. Payments are in advance from the date of payment. 

  • On purchase of the offer you are buying week 1. Your next payment will be automatically charged on Monday 15th January. The final payment will be Monday 11th March.

 

Bootcamp & Mums and Bubs 

  • All memberships are on a direct debit contract which auto-renews every two weeks. Payments are in advance from the date of payment.

  • We require 7 days notice to cancel or put on hold. All requests must be sent to team@healthyhabit.com.au

  • All hold periods must be for a minimum of 7 days and must be for a certain number of weeks (7 day periods). I.E 14 days, 21 days etc.

  • Any missed sessions within the two-week period will be carried over into the next period. After this 14 days missed sessions will expire.

  • You can use your sessions, including make up sessions, at any of our locations.

  • All classes must be booked online via our app or web. Sessions can be booked and cancelled up to 30 minutes before the start time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit that class.

Small Group Personal Training 

  • All memberships are on a direct debit contract which auto-renews every two weeks. Payments are in advance from the date of payment

  • We require 7 days notice to cancel or put on hold. All requests must be sent to team@healthyhabit.com.au.

  • All hold periods must be for a minimum of 7 days. 

  • You need to set up your sessions as recurring booking on the app as soon as you start to reserve your spot.

  • If you can’t make a session then you need to cancel it on the app within 30 minutes of it starting. You will still be charged but you have 4 weeks to make this session up at another Small Group PT if there is room, or any Bootcamp or Mums and Bubs session

Personal Training 

All memberships are on a direct debit contract which auto-renews every two weeks. Payments are on a Thursday and are for the week of and the week before.

 

We require 7 days notice to cancel or put on hold. All requests must be sent to team@healthyhabit.com.au. All hold periods must be for a minimum of 7 days and must be for a certain number of weeks (7 day periods). I.E 14 days, 21 days etc.

 

Cancellations or changes with more than 12 hours notice.

The session can be re-booked, dependent on the availability of the trainer. No charge will occur if another suitable time cannot be found.
