AFFORDABLE PERSONAL TRAINING
Small Group Personal Training is an affordable way to get an individualised workout. With a maximum of five people per session you will get a personally designed session and extra attention from the trainer. If you have injuries, are just getting back into exercise or would generally just prefer a smaller group workout then Small Group PT could be the right option for you.
Outdoor training makes you work harder and see results faster. Fresh air and increased oxygen help release the feel-good brain chemical, serotonin – meaning your outdoor training sessions not only help keep you fit and healthy - they put you in a positive mood too.

The workout will be tailored to your individual needs and goals while still enjoying the support of a small group.
EVENTS AND CHALLENGES
We run an annual Fun Run, Adventure Course and 3/5k a day challenge. Members get free access to all of these!
MAKE UP SESSIONS
We know life happens! So if you miss a session you have 14 days to make it up.
MAX 5 PER CLASS
The small group size allows for extra attention and form correction from your trainer.
NO LOCK IN MEMBERSHIPS
All memberships can be cancelled or put on hold with just 7 days notice.

You'll then have 3 Classes to try out in two weeks starting from your first session.
