Our Strength classes are designed specifically for women over 40 who want to feel strong, mobile, and confident in their bodies. As hormones shift and life gets busier, what used to work doesn’t always cut it anymore, and that’s exactly why this class exists.

More and more studies are showing the benefits of strength training and how women need to train and eat differently to men.

We focus on:

  • Building real, functional strength

  • Improving mobility and joint health

  • Supporting posture, balance, and core stability

  • Reducing those frustrating aches and niggles

Expect a combination of controlled strength work, targeted mobility, and expert coaching to help you move better and feel stronger, without burning you out.

 

Whether you’re returning to exercise, managing injuries, or ready to level up your training, this class meets you where you’re at and helps you move forward safely and effectively.

2 Week Trial

Not sure if Strength & Mobility is for you? Try our 2 Week Trial and experience training designed specifically for women 40+. Build strength, improve mobility, and feel the difference with expert coaching, supportive trainers, and energising outdoor sessions. It’s the perfect way to see how good training can feel.

 

 


Locations

We offer sessions at Sydney Park (St Peters), Centennial Park (Sydney) and Avoca Beach (Hunter park).

Timetable

We offer 6am, 6.45am and 7.30am sessions. To see the full timetable click here.

PERSONALISED WORKOUT

The workout will be tailored to your individual needs and goals while still enjoying the support of a small group. 

EVENTS AND CHALLENGES

We run annual fitness and social events and workshops. These are all part of your Membership.

MAKE UP SESSIONS

We know life happens! So if you miss a session you have 14 days to make it up. 

MAX 5 PER CLASS

The small group size allows for extra attention and form correction from your trainer. 

NO LOCK IN MEMBERSHIPS

All memberships can be cancelled or put on hold with just 7 days notice.

Our app makes buying memberships and booking or cancelling classes easy.
