Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into it or chasing a new goal, you’ll find supportive coaching, friendly faces and plenty of motivation to keep you moving

Beginners

 

Ready to start running or get back into it after some time off? Our Beginners Run Club is designed to help you build confidence, improve your technique and enjoy running as you get fitter and stronger. With supportive coaching and a friendly group atmosphere, you’ll progress at your own pace and see real improvement each week

  • Expert coaching – every session is professionally designed and led by an experienced coach who’ll help you run smarter, not just further.

  • Structured training – this isn’t just a casual jog; each week builds on the last with technique, pacing and endurance work to help you see real progress.

  • Personal guidance – get feedback, accountability and support tailored to your level so you improve safely and confidently.

  • Skill development – learn proper running form, breathing, cadence and mindset strategies that make running feel easier and more efficient.

Intermediate to Advanced 

 

Already running but want structure, challenge and results? Led by our highly experienced coach Adele, these sessions are designed to push your limits and keep you coming back for more. 

We train for a range of events on the Running Calendar, from trail races to half and full marathons. Choose your goal, and we’ll help you get there, stronger, faster, and more prepared than ever.
