If you’ve got some running experience under your belt and you're craving structure, motivation, and a solid challenge then this is for you.
Led by our highly experienced coach Cynthia, these sessions are designed to push your limits and keep you coming back for more. Expect a mix of tough love, expert guidance, and the kind of accountability that gets real results. Our members often say it’s a love/hate relationship and they wouldn’t have it any other way.
We train for a range of events on the Running Calendar, from trail races to half and full marathons. Choose your goal, and we’ll help you get there, stronger, faster, and more prepared than ever.

EVENTS AND CHALLENGES
We run an annual Fun Run, Adventure Course and 3/5k a day challenge. Members get free access to all of these!
MAKE UP SESSIONS
We know life happens! So if you miss a session you have 14 days to make it up.
GROUP TRAINING
Train in a group to keep motivated and get results quicker.
NO LOCK IN MEMBERSHIPS
All memberships can be cancelled or put on hold with just 7 days notice.
