HHF 2026 EVENTS
At Healthy Habit Fitness we encourage you to set some fitness goals. The most fun and effective way of doing this is book yourself in for an event. Take a look at the events we do as a group and choose at least one!
Our friendly fitness community is here to help you over the line. Choosing an event will help you keep focused and give and an enormous sense of achievement .. oh and they are really fun too!

Mon, 02 FebSydney Park, Mahoney Park, Avoca BeachIt's the start of the year, the most popular time to set some goals. Our fitness testing will help you set some fitness goals. Take part in our beep test, strength tests and see how much you can improve. We will be testing for the first week of February.
Mon, 13 AprAlexandriaThe proof is in the results! Have you been sticking to your workouts? Have you been putting the effort in? Now is the time to find out. We re - test you to see how you have improved.
Sat, 15 AugAlexandriaThe Hyrox Competition has dominated the fitness industry in the last few years. We have taken the concept but turned it into an outdoor Hyrox Competition. How long will it take you to complete 8 stations with a 1km run inbetween?

Sat, 17 OctAlexandriaThis is one of out most gruelling events of the year. A mammoth course designed to push you to the limits... with a refreshing surprise for you at the end. You will push, pull, drag and throw all the things while running with your sandbag inbetween. This is not for the faint hearted.
