At Healthy Habit Fitness we encourage you to set some fitness goals. The most fun and effective way of doing this is book yourself in for an event. Take a look at the events we do as a group and choose at least one!
Our friendly fitness community is here to help you over the line. Choosing an event will help you keep focused and give and an enormous sense of achievement .. oh and they are really fun too!
We are also very social at Healthy Habit Fitness. Every round we have a 'Dish and Dine' night for where we go for a celebratory dinner as a group. These are always on the Thursday of the recovery week.
