Commit to 7 days of workouts and prioritise your fitness. You'll be amazed by what you can do. Extra sessions will be put on so there is a workout every day of the week you can do. This is free for those on an unlimited membership. If you aren't on an unlimited membership then email us on team@healthyhabit.com.au and we can upgrade you for the week.
