After your one on one assessment with us we will book you in for your reassessment in 6 weeks time. We ask that you commit to your training with us for 6 weeks so you can form a fitness habit and start to see results.

After the 6 weeks is up your commitment is fortnightly. We just need two weeks notice to hold or cancel your membership from then on.
