Are you bored with what you are doing or lack motivation? We will help you kick start your fitness, set some new goals and keep you motivated. Group training is perfect to stay motivated and inspired to keep coming back week after week.
Sessions are designed to keep you motivated and wanting more. We stand out from the rest because every 8-11 weeks we change our training style and challenges. We keep you on your toes and encourage you to reach your goals and keep achieving.
The weeks in between the rounds we do a week of recovery, so stretching, games and light runs. These are lighter sessions to give your body some rest and recovery time.
Beware you will get more then you bargained for! Your optimum fitness level, a community of like minded people to support you and a feeling of euphoria that will spread into every other area of your life.

WORKOUT VARIETY
We run 10 week challenges continuously throughout the year. Each challenge offers a whole new type of workout!
EVENTS AND CHALLENGES
We run an annual Fun Run, Adventure Course and 3/5k a day challenge. Members get free access to all of these!
MAKE UP SESSIONS
We know life happens! So if you miss a session you have 14 days to make it up.
MULTIPLE CLASS TIMES
We offer morning, lunchtime and evening classes. (Location dependent)
NO LOCK IN MEMBERSHIPS
All memberships can be cancelled or put on hold with just 7 days notice.
