2026 CHALLENGES
21st December - February 7th
We're giving you a mixed bag of workouts over the holiday period. The challenge is to keep up 2 workouts a week over the festive season. The workouts will be fun Bootcamp style, all with strength and cardio elements. Don't be fooled though fun doesn't mean easy ; )

2nd February - 12th April
Feeling like your fitness has taken a backseat after all the holiday fun? It’s time to hit the reset button with our January Fitness Challenge! We kick off the program with a fitness assessment in the first week, covering six key components: Speed, Agility, Endurance, Strength, Power and Dynamic Fitness
We’ll then guide you through targeted training, followed by a re-test at the end of the challenge. We guarantee you’ll see significant improvements in both your mental and physical health!

HIIT
13th April - 14th June
This High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Challenge will get you hooked on exercise. Using a variety of equipment and exercises, every session is designed to keep things exciting and fresh. HIIT alternates between intense bursts of activity and rest, helping you burn calories, build strength, and boost endurance. It’s a dynamic, efficient workout that keeps you fully engaged while delivering results. Get ready to feel energised and challenged!

HHF HYROX CHALLENGE
15th June - 16th August
A new challenge this year to get your teeth into. Hyrox has dominated the fitness industry. The concept is simple but the challenge isn't. A mix of dynamic strength and endurance - 8 stations with a 1km run inbetween.
We will put you through our outdoor program to get you ready for our in house outdoor version at the end of the challenge.

ADVENTURE TRAINING
17th August - 18th October
Get ready for the toughest challenge - Adventure Training! Each session is a mini adventure course with sandbags, tyres, battle ropes, and more.
Discover what you're really made of. No need to dress to impress - you'll get dirty!
We train towards a big adventure course at the for the grand finale.

19th October- 20th December
In this challenge, we’ll be hitting every major muscle group with supersets designed for maximum impact. Expect to feel stronger, move better, and notice definition you didn’t think was possible.
This is the round that will have people asking, “What’s your secret?”
