Over exerting on fun and feel like your fitness is suffering? This is the challenge for you!




We fitness test you on the first week across the six different fitness components. 


Speed - Agility - Endurance - Strength - Power - Dynamic Fitness


 We then train you up over a 10 week program, and then re-test you at the end of the challenge. We guarantee you will see massive improvements in both your mental and physical health.

When - Monday January 8th to March 22nd (10 weeks) But jump in at anytime with our 2 week trial


Where - Sydney Park, Centennial Park and Steel Park (Marrickville)


Cost - Just $44 a week if you sign up before December 31st (Savings of $110 across the challenge). This is for unlimited sessions. Your first payment on purchase is $44 is for Week 1 and then you will be billed weekly from week 2 of the challenge.


Access - Unlimited sessions across all bootcamps AND mums and bubs sessions.
