Mums and Bubs

 

Our Mums & Bubs sessions include a free on-site nanny service, so your little ones are cared for while you train - yes, really!

 

It’s your hour to focus on your health and fitness without distraction.

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)


It is a personlised workout in a group. If you are carrying injuries or niggles, hate running or just prefer to go at your own pace then small group PT is for you. It is affordable personal training but with the group vibe.
