Here is your ultimate guide to being prepared for the City 2 Surf in August.
Come to our sessions on Tuesday and Thursday at 6am Sydney Park, Friday 6am Steel Park and join in our run club for the long runs on Saturday morning at 7.30am.
The 11 weeks program will have you physically and mentally prepared for the big day. Training in a group is way more fun and keeps you accountable. This is a great way to keep you fit and focused over winter.
