Holiday Workout

Over the Winter months many of you escape to Europe and have expressed your concern of losing fitness and putting on some kilos! My advice would be to enjoy your holiday and all that brings with it but you can do this 20 min workout daily to keep that fitness habit and maintain your healthy weight : )
