4 Ingredient Cookies

These little gems went down very well in our Weekend Away last weekend. There are only 4 ingredients and are healthy snack that are super quick and easy to make.


  1. Oats - 1 and 3/4 cups

  2. Very ripe bananas - 3

  3. Pepitas - 3 tablespoons

  4. Flora Buttery (plant based) - 1 tablespoon


Pre heat the oven to 160 degree for 10 minutes.

Line the baking tray with 1 tablespoon of Flora Buttery.

Mash the bananas until smooth.

Add the oats and bananas and pepita's and mix until it looks like a smooth cookie batter.

Add maple syrup or honey for a sweeter taste.

Roll up and flatten into cookie shapes.

Cook for 12 -15minutes until they are lightly golden.

Eat them fresh out of the oven, this makes 12, they will last for about 4 days.
