In light of recent events you will be glad to know that training outside is one of the safest ways to train. To take extra precautions please can you:
1 - Wash your hands before and after the session.
2 - If you have any symptoms (Sore throat, dry cough, fever, shortness of breath), please see a doctor and do not come to the sessions.
3 - Bring your own mat.
4 - Use our sanitiser on arrival.
We will be cleaning all equipment before and after the workouts. We will also be welcoming non members who may be working from home and still want to get a workout in. This will be on a pay as you go rate. Book in here
