From Member to Trainer

Meet Eduardo: From Member to Trainer at Healthy Habit Fitness

We’re thrilled to officially introduce Eduardo as the newest trainer on the Healthy Habit Fitness team!

Ed has been a long-standing and much loved member of our community for over 10 years. His commitment to training, impeccable attendance, and consistent effort have not only earned him deep respect among his peers but made his progression into a trainer a natural next step.

Back in 2018, Ed was crowned our HHF Member of the Year, a title that recognised his unwavering dedication, positive energy, and inspiring achievements. Since then, he’s continued to level up, completing countless Fun Runs, Trail Runs, and even ticking off a few half marathons along the way.

Now, he’s turning his passion for fitness into purpose and is ready to help others chase down their goals just like he has.

“Being part of Healthy Habit for over ten years helped me achieve so much—from weight loss to building strength and pushing through endurance events. Now, I get the chance to motivate others to do the same,” says Ed.

If you’ve ever trained alongside him, you’ll know Ed brings more than just experience, his positive attitude, fun energy, and genuine love for outdoor training make him the perfect fit for the HHF team. He knows what it’s like to be at the start of a fitness journey, and he’s here to support you every step of the way.

Ed is also a big believer in the power of group training and the mental boost that comes with moving your body first thing in the morning.

“Outdoor bootcamps are a great stress release and always boost my mood to face the day ahead. Training in a group is such a powerful way to stay motivated, it’s helped me, and now I get to help others.”

We couldn’t be more excited to have Ed stepping into this new role. He’s proof that consistency pays off and that great things happen when you show up for yourself (and your 6am crew!) day after day.

As Ed always says,“Failure is success in progress.”

Come say hi and join Ed for a session soon. you’ll leave sweaty, smiling, and inspired.
