Let's be honest, buying a new sports bra isn't usually at the top of the priority list. But having the right support can make the difference between enjoying your workout and counting down the minutes until it's over. You don't have to spend hours researching, we've done it for you.

Why a Good Sports Bra Matters
A supportive sports bra isn't just about comfort, it also helps reduce breast movement during exercise, making running, jumping and strength training much more enjoyable.
When you're comfortable, you're more likely to keep moving, train consistently and actually enjoy your workouts.
And remember, your body changes throughout life. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight changes and perimenopause can all affect your bra size, so it's worth getting fitted or measuring yourself every couple of years.
Your sports bra should support you, not the other way around! If you're constantly adjusting your sports bra during a workout, experience shoulder pain, or find yourself avoiding running because it's uncomfortable, it's probably time for an upgrade. Your future self (and your boobs!) will thank you. 😉
