There is so much choice out there on how to exercise. You can run on your own, download an app, try a pole dancing class or even take up that weird sport where you pretend you are riding a horse.
Outdoor group training is arguably one of the best ways to exercise. Here are my reasons why:
Cost Effective
We are all feeling the pinch with the cost of living. Group exercises is extremely good value for money. An unlimited membership is only $55 a week. Unlike gym memberships you are noticed if you are not there and held accountable to turn up to your sessions. Our sessions are 45mins so it can fit into your day and fitness becomes your healthy habit!
Time Effective
Our most popular session in the 6am Bootcamp. It is the a time you can always squeeze into your day without any interruptions. It also sets you up for the day with a physical and mental boost. You will have more energy, be in a better mood and kick start metabolism for the day.
Community
You can’t help but form friendships in the group. It is an extremely friendly group where everyone has each others back. Training week in and week out, sharing blood, sweat, and tears, means you can not help but create a special bond with your fellow healthy habiters. You are likely to see your fellow Bootcampers more than you regular friends!
Get Outside
Most jobs are in an outdoor setting, so surely the last thing you want to do is train indoors too? Get your fresh air and vitamin D fix whilst working out. You get a new workut environment every time you train.Those that train outdoors never look back.
Motivation
When training in a group you will be motivated to work harder. The vibe that group training creates naturally lifts you and your energy. If you aren’t feeling it some days, I can guarantee you will still have a good workout and leave feeling better.
